Hi, I'm Arsha S. I see the world through stories. Whether I'm analyzing business requirements, planning an event, choreographing a performance, or watching a film, I'm always asking: "What is the story behind this, and how is it told in a way that resonates with the audience?"

That curiosity has shaped an unconventional career. An Electrical & Electronics engineer by education, I began as a Front-End Engineer before growing across software development, design analysis, quality assurance, project coordination, and ultimately Business Analysis. Today, I bridge business needs with execution by combining analytical thinking with creativity and empathy.

Beyond work, I'm a dancer, event planner, and lifelong storyteller. I believe every successful product, project, performance, or experience begins with understanding—and telling—the right story.

• Starting as a Front-End Engineer, my career naturally evolved through development, UX design analysis, testing, quality assurance, and project coordination before becoming a Senior Business Analyst.

• This multidisciplinary journey allows me to understand products from technical, business, and user perspectives—helping me connect ideas, people, and execution.
